The Marina Studio
It arrived as a bare shell with one great asset, a window looking straight onto the Marina. We rebuilt it end to end: a marble waterfall island where the kitchen nook stood, a panelled media wall with warm cove lighting, and an entrance that greets you properly. It is still a studio on paper. It no longer feels like one.

Our Story
Born from frustration.
Built on principle.
Our founder didn't start Levre Homes from a design school. She started it from frustration. As a Dubai property investor renovating her own homes, she'd been through the contractor cycle more times than she cared to count.
Same story every time. A contractor would show up enthusiastic, take the deposit, then disappear into a fog of delays. Not because they were dishonest. Because they had taken money from six other clients that same week, and were stretched impossibly thin across all of them.
She realised the industry's problem wasn't skill. It was greed for intake. So she built the opposite.

Levre Homes caps its active projects, assigns one dedicated team per home, and never signs the next client until the current one is delivered. She went through the pain herself, and built the solution she wished had existed.
