The space you have, made right

Renovation

Most renovations go wrong before the first wall comes down, in a scope that was never fully drawn. Ours begin only when every detail is designed, priced and agreed.

Overview

Our renovation service transforms existing apartments, villas and commercial spaces, from a single bathroom to a complete strip-out and rebuild. Because the design is finished before demolition begins, the price is fixed, the programme is honest, and the site stays calm. It is for owners who want their existing property brought up to the standard of a new one, without living through a construction saga.

What's included

  • Full and partial home refurbishment
  • Kitchen and bathroom renovation
  • Demolition and structural alterations
  • Electrical, plumbing and AC upgrades
  • Flooring, ceilings and wall finishes
  • Doors, wardrobes and built-in joinery

Our approach

How we deliver it.

01

Survey honestly

We assess the existing structure, MEP and finishes before designing, so the scope reflects what is really behind the walls.

02

Design before demolition

Every alteration is drawn and priced before site work starts. The fixed price holds because nothing is left vague.

03

Protect the property

Dust control, protection of retained finishes and respect for neighbours and building rules are part of the method, not an afterthought.

04

Finish completely

We snag, clean and hand over a finished space. Renovation ends when it looks like it was never a site.

What you walk away with

An existing space rebuilt to the standard of a new one
A fixed price based on a complete, agreed design
Upgraded electrical, plumbing and cooling behind the finishes
A realistic programme with a defined handover date
A considerate site your neighbours barely notice
A property worth measurably more than before

Questions

Good to know.

Can I live in my home during the renovation?

For partial works, often yes, and we plan the sequence and dust protection around you. For full renovations it is usually faster and calmer to move out briefly, and we will tell you honestly which applies to your scope.

Do renovations in Dubai need permits?

Most do. Structural changes, MEP alterations and even some finishes require approvals from Dubai Municipality or your developer and building management. We identify what applies and secure every approval before work begins.

How do you keep the price from creeping up mid-project?

By finishing the design and surveying the property before we price it. Changes only happen when you request them, and each one is priced and approved in writing before it touches the site.
