What is included in the free consultation?

Do your prices include VAT?
All prices quoted are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT, which is added to the final invoice as required by UAE law.
Can I start with the Design Concept and then move to Turnkey?
Yes — this is our most common path. The design concept fee is credited toward your turnkey project cost.
How long does a typical apartment renovation take?
A standard 1–2 bedroom apartment cosmetic renovation typically takes 4–8 weeks. Full gut renovations run 10–16 weeks depending on scope. We give you a binding timeline before work starts.
Do you handle DM permits?
Yes. On all turnkey projects we manage all Dubai Municipality permits, approvals, and inspections — included in the project cost.
