We build the programme, hold the budget, coordinate every contractor and supplier, and inspect the work against the drawings, then report to you in plain language every week. It is for clients who are busy, abroad, or simply unwilling to spend their year chasing trades.

Plan the whole project

Before work starts, the full sequence is mapped, procurement, approvals, site works and lead times, so delays are anticipated rather than discovered.

Costs are tracked against the agreed scope line by line. If anything threatens the number, you hear it from us early, with options.

Contractors, suppliers and building management deal with us, not with you. One voice on site keeps standards consistent and disputes off your desk.

Report every week

A short written update each week covers progress, spend and decisions needed. You always know exactly where your project stands.

Can you manage a project if I am overseas?

Yes, and many of our clients are. Weekly written reports, photographs and clear decision points mean you can run the project from anywhere, and we handle everything on the ground in Dubai.

Do you work with contractors I have already appointed?

We can. We review their scope and pricing, set the programme and quality standards, and manage them through to handover. Our loyalty is to your project, not to any contractor.

How do you keep a Dubai renovation on schedule?

By sequencing approvals, procurement and site work before anything starts, and reviewing progress on site every week. Most delays here come from permits and material lead times, so we front-load both.
